General Information
Acknowledgment of Registration
All registrations will be acknowledged by email with confirmation of delegate requirements according to the submitted registration form, upon receipt of full payment.
Payment
Full payment should accompany registration forms unless you are asking us to invoice you or your organisation.
Invoice Me Option
If you would like us to invoice your organisation, please select the Purchase Order option upon Checkout. We will provide you with an invoice which will need to be paid 90 days prior to conference date.

Terms
Should you be unable to attend, a replacement substitute delegate is always welcome. Alternatively, provided you notify us in writing 7 days prior we will refund your registration fee, less a 10% service charge. Regrettably, no refunds will be made if less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given. Edsoft Interactive reserves the right to substitute the presenters or change the content of the workshop at any time without notice. If Edsoft cancels the Session for any reason, your organisation is limited to a refund of the registration fee.
Registration at the Session
Registration desk will be located at each location, at the registration desk; all participants must register at the location.
