Kahootz 3.0

Used in over 3,000 schools in Australia and New Zealand, Kahootz 3.0 facilitates non-text based learning, develops visual literacy skills and allows students to create and construct their own text. With a range of exciting new features Kahootz 3.0 provides students with even more ways to create amazing stories, inventions, habitats, games, movies and soundtracks.

Kahootz 3.0 will be significantly enhanced with the following functionality: 

• Ability for users to record their voice directly into a Kahootz Xpression.
• Ability to import sound files from outside of the Kahootz Sound Library into a Kahootz Xpression.
• Ability for students to create multi-track sounds which may include imported sounds, their own voice and Kahootz sounds.
• More advanced authoring functions to allow for a greater lever of interactivity, game-making possibilities and a higher level of engagement for older and more gifted users.
• Ability for users to create and control 3D natural effects such as fog, rain snow, fire, water and smoke.
• Greater level of integration of the movie export function to allow users to easily create digital video that can be exported to DVD, iPod or the web.
• Substantial increase in the 3D Object Library providing more cultural diversity, scientific possibilities and subject related assets. Nearly 200 new 3D Objects and 25 Worlds will be added.
