Hours of Operation

Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our normal trading hours in Australia are 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.

Payment

We accept personal cheques, money orders, Visa, Mastercard and EFT. No surcharge is added for credit card orders. Payment is required within 30 days of invoice.

Refunds  

Within 30 days of purchase, faulty software may be returned for a full refund for any reason provided the sealed software package has not been opened and is in a reasonable resaleable condition.

On Approval

For some software providers, on approval is allowed. Ask us if you would like to trial the software prior to purchase.

Pricing

Every effort has been made to ensure our online store has the most correct and up to date pricing, however Edsoft reserves the right to alter published prices due to exceptional circumstances.
